Sized 105 x 105mm (4.13 x 4.31 inches), the books contain 33 hair drawings by Alexandra Buhl, printed on Scandia 2000 130g paper. The books were hand bound by Malene Lerager, using Alexandra Buhl’s hair and original tiles from her bathroom. Buhl also created unique hair drawings on the cover, attaching hair to the front tile.
Hair Drawings won the Danish Bookdesign prize for best handbound book and was exhibited at The Black Diamond june - august 2018 and at BogForum oct 26-28th 2018.
